I have begun to realize giving them up can be almost impossible. I began cigarettes while I was 14 years old. It had been the most unfortunate mistake I’ve made. Now I am 45 years old and I have bronchitis. I tested out most of the stopping methods but not a single thing worked for me. My last try is the ecig in the end.
